The brand new Elite Hitting Dynamics opens as the premiere facility of its kind in the area.  Every conceivable amenity is provided for baseball players looking to improve their game.  The climate-controlled 5,000 square foot indoor training center is fully furnished with artificial turf, two hitting cages and soft-toss/tee work stations.  The facility also offers the latest leading edge equipment, including a dedicated ProBatter hitting tunnel and a Right View Pro hitting and pitching analysis system.

The ProBatter PX2 system allows a hitter to face the life-sized image of a real pitcher winding up (or throwing from a stretch) and delivering a pitch on a video screen.  An actual baseball is thrown through the screen by a computer controlled pitching module, which is capable of delivering any pitch that a human pitcher can.  Batters can be challenged by an endless variety of real pitches -- fastballs, sinkers, cutters, curves, sliders, change-ups, etc. -- at speeds up to 100 mph.  Pitch velocity can be varied in increments of two mph and thrown to predetermined locations inside and outside the strike zone with pinpoint accuracy.
